I think Foghorn Leghorn was my favorite of all the secondary Warner Brothers cartoon stars (you know, after Bugs and Daffy). He was clearly based on Kenny Delmar's Senator Claghorn from the old Fred Allen radio show, but I didn't know that when I watched these cartoons as a kid.
