Soup Diary 090616

I was at the Buffalo & Erie County Library earlier today and tried another soup that I don't recall ever having before. It was chilled cucumber dill and looked more or less like the picture above. It was tasty enough, but nothing really special. I think that as cold soup goes, gazpacho-- which is tangier and crunchier-- has it all over the cucumber variety. I'm glad I tried it, but doubt I'd order it again.
