Battle of the Bands Bracket 2

The Guess Who

Here are the seedings for another bracket in the Battle of the Bands, Mach II that will unfold next season on Dr. John's Record Shelf. We're focusing on British and Commonwealth country bands (that is, bands from Commonwealth countries, not country bands from those regions), and this bracket has been somewhat arbitrarily labeled "The Mods" (see this post for the "Empire" seedings). Remember, the seedings reflect my somewhat subjective sense of the groups relative popularity with both public and critics (limited to the period 1954-1974), as well as influence on broader musical styles:
