Well, here's a first-- Fables screwed up my soup order the other day. I ordered a cup of the Braised Pork with Black-Eyed Peas, but received a cup of the Italian Sausage with White Beans and Kale. I actually didn't notice until I was halfway through the cup-- it was that good. I hadn't had either before, so no real complaints. I'm generally not a huge fan of Italian Sausage, which is why I went with the Braised Pork in the first place, but the chunks of meat in this soup were very mild and tender, without the excess of basil that generally turns me off. The beans and kale set it off nicely as well, so all-in-all a good cuppa soup, no matter what it was I ordered.
