I remember in graduate school hearing various campus legends about things that had happened on those, no doubt rare, occasions when our esteemed professors had perhaps imbibed a bit too many spirits and proceeded to conduct business in their inebriated state. I'm guessing such stories are common on virtually every large campus, and maybe the small ones too. Anyway, this story from The Onion, is a very funny take on how such a story might play out.
