Quote of the Day

To my mind, Mark Twain (1835-1910) was the king of wit, which of course implies humor, but not just humor. Here's another sample of the evidence in support of that proposition:

"What a wee little part of a person's life are
his acts and his words! His real life is led in
his head, and is known to none but himself."
