Monday Morning Philosophy

Zhuangzi was a Chinese mystic from the third century BC. Here is his straightforward advice for how to live your life and stay out of trouble:

"In doing good avoid fame. In doing bad
avoid disgrace. Pursue a middle course
as your principle. Thus you will guard your
body from harm, preserve your life,
fulfill your duties to your parents, and
live your allotted span of life."
