Interesting Article
As someone long bemused by U.S. policies towards Cuba, I found this article from the Nation to be enlightening without bowing to the dogma laid down by either side. The author, Joshua Jelly-Schapiro takes care to describe the deeper cultural components of Cuban nationalism and how it factors into lingering perceptions of the economic and political dimensions of that country's relationship with the United States. If you too wonder about how or if things can change, you ought to check it out.
