Sunday's Thought for the Day

Part of Frank Lloyd Wright's status as an artist is based on the almost futuristic designs of his buildings, certainly at the time of their conception. But apparently his view of the what-was-to-come was not limited to architecture, and this statement almost seems to predict the likes of Henry Paulson and Timothy Greithner and the way they have grappled with the current economic situation. I guess that it could also mean that the more things change, the more they stay the same:

"The insolence of authority is endeavoring
to substitute money for ideas"
