Whoever shot this video of the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas being imploded must've been standing not too far from where I was that night (standing in the parking lot of the Peppermill Restaurant across Las Vegas Blvd.-- we ended up being completely overrun by the smoke and dust afterwards)). This may have been the most stupidly entertaining thing I've ever seen-- the fireworks and countdown really added to the excitement of what was essentially a demolition of an old building. Anyway, for those who weren't there, I thought you might like to see this:
