I would say Madrid, it seems the only city that would a fountain like this. I sometimes have to really think, "yeah I went to SPAIN once." It was a great trip and I especially remember the trip through the museum of torture instruments!
I've got a picture from that museum that I'll post soon-- that's one of my clearest memories too!
