Here's an early Bugs Bunny/Elmer Fudd confrontation (before either character assumed their final and best known design). I especially like the allusion to then popular radio show Fibber McGee and Molly, and watch for the rather racy painting in the background on Elmer's wall (how did they get away with that?):
