I wasn't really familiar with the strip La Cucaracha by Lalo Alcaraz until I saw it this past week in the Los Angeles Times. But based on this sequence, I'm now a big fan. As the right-wing works overtime to demonize teachers as some kind of social parasites (see Wisconsin), it's great to see someone take them to task for their misinformed (to put it mildly) perspective.
