I went to an opening at the Burchfield Penney Art Center this evening, along with Natalie and Sara. The exhibit featured work by Steina Vesulka, who does interesting things with video (sometimes really massive videos). You can check out some of her work
here. There were also some really nice woodcuts by Charles Burchfield and some of his friends, as well as a gallery devoted to various experiments in texture. Great stuff all around, which may in part account for Natalie's smile in the above shot.
