Dr John, I would believe that this photo was taken at a restaurant near the Ballard Locks (Hirams is our guess but they have changed their name and we don't know what it is called now) - they always had good food after walking around and watching the boats rise up and down - maybe sometime around a Thanksgiving visit =D Lil' Sis
