Family Blogging Quiz

The challenge this week is to tell me where the above picture of Mom was taken. Put your guesses in comments, along with any pertinent side-notes that may occur to you. I'll ask Mom to refrain from responding until others have a chance to guess (unless you want to offer up some hints).
