Here's some implicit advice from the great Spanish novelist (author of Don Quixote) Miguel de Cervantes (1547-1616):

"Diligence is the mother of good fortune,
and idleness, its opposite, never brought a
man to the goal of any of his best wishes."

John Hajduk: Dillon, Montana; I am a history professor who grew up in Western New York, but now find myself teaching in Western Montana. My primary areas of interest and research are in American cultural history, especially in relation to the intersection of popular culture and politics.
